SUNNYSIDE — A 36-year-old man from Sunnyside was arrested after allegedly repeatedly threatening a man in a car at the intersection of 39th Street and Queens Boulevard Dec. 5, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.
Luis Cavallo was charged with criminal mischief, menacing and harassment after he allegedly pulled on a man’s vehicle door between 10:40 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. and said repeatedly, “Now I know you, I’m gonna get you,” the DA said. Cavallo then allegedly broke the driver’s side mirror of the complainant’s car, according to Brown.
Cavallo’s actions caused the victim “annoyance and alarm,” the DA said.
