Boro man scratched wrong vehicle: Brown

JAMAICA — A Jamaica man allegedly vandalized a vehicle he thought belonged to his ex-girlfriend on 161 St. in Jamaica Feb. 14, but he got the wrong car, the Queens DA said.

Marcus Smile, 29, of 88-55 161st St., allegedly broke the windows of a 2002 Nissan car and then picked up a rock and scratched the car, according to court documents from the DA.

The victim, who was not Smile’s ex-girlfriend, observed the vandalism via a security camera and called police, the documents said.
