Today is April 27, 2011 and since January 3, there have been 106 posted No. 7 train delays on the MTA’s twitter account. That’s 106 disruptions in 114 days, of which more than 30 have been signal problems.
I cannot get a human being on the phone to complain. I complain by email and all I get is "boiler-plate" responses saying, "We know there’s a problem, sorry."
Can someone please remind me in what century I’m living?
No. 7 train service is a failure!
