I live in a large development that went co-op not too long ago! My husband and I can remain in the same apartment as rent stabilized tenants at this point. We get rent raises incrementally when our lease must be renewed!
We can partake of all the activities offered here. Two pools, tennis, a gym, cardio-fitness classes, etc.
There is a fine clubhouse with a cafe that serves meals as well!
And yes, we will joyfully continue to reside here, not considering a move to Florida when the snow and cold arrives!
