Best of the Boro Competition: Nominate your favorite bars & restaurants

Less than two weeks into The Queens Courier’s Best of the Boro Competition: Restaurant & Bars, almost 200 eateries have already been nominated. Residents are speaking up by designating their choices for the Best of the Boro. The choice is in your hands – You vote, they win.
With thousands of restaurants throughout the borough, Queens residents don’t lack choice. Whether you desire a gyro, a burger, a martini or a salad, your every craving can be satisfied. But living in the greatest city in the world, settling for just satisfactory is not enough; we want the best.
There are just two weeks left in the nomination process, so now is the time to make your voice heard. Each of the 2.1 million residents of the borough enjoys a different favorite. To make sure your favorites have a chance to win, nominate the restaurants and bars you feel stand out as the Best of the Boro.
The nomination process will continue through the end of the month. Voting will begin on September 1 and last until October 7. Sub categories range from best happy hour and beer selection to best bartenders and margarita; from best bagel and bakery to best Chinese and Greek restaurants. Each subcategory will crown a winner and be named Best of the Boro.
