JAMAICA — A clothing store employee allegdly robbed a woman after she left the store July 23, the Queens district attorney told the New York Post.
Naved Durrni, 20, was working at Flava Fashions on Guy Brewer Boulevard at around 8 p.m. when the woman purchased some accessories from the store and walked out. the DA said.
Durrni then allegedly followed the woman outside and allegedly demanded additional cash, the DA said.
Durrni allegedly punched the woman in the head, grabbed some money and fled, the DA said.
“I realized I gave her too much of a deal,” the complaint said Durrni told police. “So I tried stopping her to get the items back or get more money.”
The DA charged him with robbery.
