Police are looking for two suspects wanted in connection for two recent robberies of gas stations in Queens.
Both robberies occurred on Saturday, November 19 within a half an hour of each other. The first incident took place in the Mobile Gas Station located at 96-27 Queens Boulevard at 7:20 p.m. The suspects, armed with semi-automatic handguns, entered the gas station and demanded money, leaving with approximately $1,000 and personal property from two employees and a customer, according to police.
The second incident occurred at 7:50 p.m. at the Gulf Gas Station located at 138-19 Hillside Avenue. The suspects brought a bottle of soda to the cash register and when the register opened drew their weapons and took approximately $1,500, police said. They fled on eastbound service road of the Van Wyck Expressway.
The suspects are described as black males between 20-25 years of age.
