Elderly boro woman, 73, missing from her home

EAST ELMHURST — Police were asking for the public’s help in their search for a missing senior citizen.

Khadijie Mellahie, 73, of 37th Avenue and 90th Street, was last seen leaving her residence last Thursday around 3 p.m.

The woman who only speaks Arabic, was seen wearing a black coat with brown fur on the collar, a black dress with flowers, black boots and a burgundy and beige hat.
