Midville Helps Fallen Cop’s Family

City Council Member Elizabeth Crowley participated in a Jan. 7 fund-raiser at Kelly’s Bar in Middle Village to benefit the family of fallen Det. Peter Figoski, who was gunned down while responding to a home invasion in Cypress Hills last month. The proceeds from the event, which was organized by Middle Village business owners and local advocates, were donated to a college fund to support Figoski’s four daughters.
