Thief Wanted

The man pictured in this surveillance camera photo is wanted by police for recently using a stolen credit card to buy items from an Elmhurst electronics store. Law enforcement source said the suspect used the card to buy several valuables from the Best Buy store at 88-01 Queens Blvd. at around 5:18 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2011. He is described by authorities as a man in his 20s standing at 5’10”- tall, weighing 175 lbs. and last seen wearing a dark-colored baseball hat, a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants and gray and white sneakers. Anyone with any information regarding the perpetrator’s whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 1-800-577-TIPS, by text message to 274637 (enter information, then the code TIP577) or online at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
