RICHMOND HILL — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man missing since late last month, according to the NYPD.
Hector Torres, 77, was last seen about at 1 p.m. Jan. 31. He was visiting a house located at 95-03 76th St., and had left to go for a walk. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and a black baseball hat. He is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 153 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair.
