Those who came to the Allied Veterans of Ridgewood and Glendale’s breakfast at the Brewery-Keisser American Legion Post 1815 in Glendale on Sunday, Feb. 19, brought their appetites and their wallets, as the event raised funds for the veterans organization’s annual Ridgewood/Glendale Memorial Day Parade. As shown, members of the Allied Veterans teamed with the Wonder Girls and Boys of New York Inc. to prepare and serve breakfast to attendees. Shown in the photo above are Daniel Wisotsky (rear, at far left), Allied Veterans finance chairman; George Sternecker (foreground, second from left), Allied Veterans president; Margie Wisotsky (foreground, sixth from left with hairband), president of the Wonder Girls and Boys; and Amie Sabado (foreground, third from left), secretary of Wonder Girls and Boys.
