Joseph McCall (back row, second and fourth from right) of the Patrol Borough Queens North Community Affairs Unit gave residents an overview of the new technologies the NYPD is using to track stolen property such as smartphones and tablets. In addition, Capt. Donald Powers (back row, fourth from left), the precinct’s commanding officer, reported that the command is investigating a rash of tire and rim thefts from area vehicles.
