Comes Back Twice To Best Woodmere

Martin Luther came back two times against Lawrence Woodmere- down 1-0 and 5-3- to win 9- 6 and start the PSAA season 2-1 with a 2-0 in-conference record.

The team came back with thre runs in the fifth inning and three more in the sixth inning.

In the fifth inning, Eddie Mamut had a bases-loaded sacrifice fly and freshman catcher Kahmari Rabsatt hit a two-out double, contributing two RBI. In the sixth inning, leadoff batter Patrick Kelly singled, Kevin Schnick singled and Danny Valentin doubled, scoring two runs and Kahmari Rabsatt singled, scoring Danny Valentin from second base.

Center fielder Julien Bello-Kovacevic made a leaping catch by the left-center field fence to save a run in the top of the seventh inning as Kevin Schick (2-0) pitched another complete game, allowing no earned runs, five hits and seven strikeouts.
