Crossing guard injured child in Ozone Pk.: Cops

OZONE PARK — A city employee was arrested and charged with choking a child, the NYPD said.

According to police, NYPD crossing guard Jillian Selby, 60, was arrested Friday around noon near Rockaway Boulevard and 99th Street.

She was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in a manner injurious to a child and harassment, police said.
