JACKSON HEIGHTS — Police were seeking the public’s help in apprehending a man wanted in connection with three laundromat robberies in Jackson Heights.
In the first incident, police said the suspect, a Hispanic male in his 20s, entered a laundromat, at 94-23 Astoria Blvd., June 24 and demanded money while claiming to have a gun. The victim complied and the suspect fled with an unknown amount of money, cops said.
In the two following incidents, police said the suspect entered 37-24 103rd St. June 25 and 101-02 37th Ave. June 26, both times fleeing with an undetermined amount of money.
No injuries were reported at any of the incidents, cops said.
