Puppet Show Time In Howard Beach

Howard Beach children were delighted by a free puppet show and other activities hosted by Reach for the S.T.A.R.S. Day Care and the City Parks Foundation at P.S. 146 in Howard Beach. Among the attendees were Assemblyman Phil Goldfeder, who is shown standing at right and holding his son, Asher. Shown at left is Frances Scarantino of Reach for the S.T.A.R.S. Day Care.
