Swinging Sounds at H. Beach Concert

Scores got into the swing of things during the annual Arnie Mig Big Band Concert last Thursday night, Aug. 9, at St. Helen’s School auditorium in Howard Beach. Sponsored by State Sen. Joseph Addabbo, Assemblyman Phil Goldfeder and the Brady & Marshak law firm, about 170 seniors brought their dancing shoes and enjoyed two hours of music provided by Frank Pedulla and his Music Staff Swing Orchestra. The concert was a tribute to the late Arnie Mig, who for years held free big band concerts with his orchestra in Howard Beach.
