BW U8s Continue To Dominate
With the start of the 2012/2013 season, the Blau Weiss Gottschee are very proud to announce that the club has four under-eight teams competing in the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League.
Each team started their campaigns two weeks ago, being placed in the A, B or C flights of the CJSL. In the A division the U8 blue and U8 white started with 2 consecutive wins. In the C division, U8 royals won their first ever game against Met Oval Istria. Unfortunately, the U8 navy lost their first game of the season in the B division of the CJSL.
Last Saturday, the BWG U8 Blue continued their winning ways with a comprehensive 14-2 win over FC Select. The boys passed well and created plenty of chances. Darius Radzematovic put in a solid performance playing center back for the first time.
Ryan Wiseman was the MVP of this game with an overall great soccer performance. Goal scorers were Liam Molloy (3), Aidan Burke (3), Ryan Wiseman (2), Nick Ulloa (2), Damien John, Oliverio Bosi, Keanu Stingone and Jason Araujo.
