Ridgewood Crash Injures Motorist

A driver was hospitalized with injuries after a pair of cars collided at a Ridgewood corner on Monday morning, Oct. 8, Fire Department sources said. Reportedly, the accident occurred at around 11:40 a.m. at the corner of Grandview Avenue and Bleecker Street. Members of Engine Co. 291, Ladder Co. 140, the 104th Precinct and EMS units responded to the scene. The injured driver was taken to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center for treatment and is expected to make a recovery.
