The public’s help is being sought by police in tracking down an armed man pictured here who allegedly robbed a woman at a subway station in Richmond Hill last month. According to police, the perpetrator-described as an African-American male in his 30s standing 6’3″-tall and weighing 215 lbs. with close-cut black hair-grabbed a cell phone belonging to a 29- year-old woman on a Manhattan-bound E train as it pulled into the Jamaica Van Wyck station at 12:20 p.m. on Sept. 20. The victim reportedly chased after the man as he exited the train, but stopped when he threatened her with a firearm. The suspect was last observed wearing dark-colored clothing.
