ROCKAWAYS — An Arverne teen allegedly killed a 28-year-old in a Rockaway housing project last month, police said.
Barshem Sanford, 17, was arrested and charged with murder after officers responded to a call of a gun dispute inside the Arverne Houses, at 146 Beach 59th St., just after 5 p.m. Nov. 28, according to the NYPD.
When police reached the location, they found Davis Devon, who lived in the project, lying on the sixth floor with multiple gunshot wounds, the NYPD said.
EMS also responded and pronounced Devon dead at the scene, according to cops.
