LILLIAN VERDERBER died on
Friday, December 28, 2012. She was
the beloved daughter of Henry and
Maria (nee Stalzer) Verderber. Lillian
was born in New York, lived in
Ridgewood and later moved to Bayside. She attended St. Matthias
School and Our Lady of Wisdom
Academy and became a kindergarten
teacher after graduating from St.
Joseph’s College. She is survived by
her aunt Stefanie Stalzer and her
cousins Annie Wolf, Walter and
Helen Tschinkel, Hilde Stalzer,
Robert and Gloria Stalzer, Helene
Maria Stalzer, Edeltraud Meditz,
Helga Brugger, Waltraud and Heinz
Mayer, Diana and Ferdinand Rogel
and Richard Verderber. She is also
survived by many other relatives and
numerous friends. She was also a
member of the St. Matthias Church
Choir and the Tuesday Morning
Music Club in Douglaston. A Mass

of Christian Burial will be offered
this morning, Thursday, January 3, at
St. Matthias Church, Ridgewood,
followed by interment at St. Charles
Cemetery, Farmingdale, L.I., under
the direction of Morton Funeral

OLGA MILLE (nee MAUSSER) of
Bethlehem, Pa., formerly of Ridgewood, died on Sunday, November 25,
2012 at the age of 72. She was born
in Gottschee, Yugoslavia to the late
Franz and Josefa (nee Hutter)
Mausser and was a member of Notre
Dame of Bethlehem Catholic
Church. She and her husband and
their sons previously lived on Grove
Street in Ridgewood. She is survived
by her husband Franz J. Mille, children Michael and his wife Carianne
of Bethlehem, Pa. and Thomas and
his wife Christine of Toms River,
N.J., brother Otto Mausser of New
York, sister Tillie Kresse of Ridgewood and five grandchildren. Olga
was predeceased by several siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Wednesday, November 28,
at Notre Dame of Bethlehem
Catholic Church, followed by interment at Holy Saviour Cemetery,
Bethlehem, Pa., under the direction
of Downing Funeral Home, 1002
West Broad St., Bethlehem, Pa.

JANE DALECKI died on Saturday,
December 29, 2012, at the age of 90.
She was the wife of the late John
Dalecki, loving mother of Christine
Janousek, George Dalecki, Mary Ann
Czaja and Barbara Dalecki, cherished
grandmother of Jeffrey, Julie, Janet,
Carolyn, Ben, Denis and the late Lauren, great-grandmother of Maybellene and Macallister and dear aunt of
Richard Rogacki. Services will be offered this morning, Thursday, January 3, at 9:30 a.m. at Papavero

JOHN MCAULEY of Glendale
died on Sunday, December 23, 2012,
at the age of 43. A native of Ridgewood, he was the beloved husband of
Diana (nee Malfi), devoted father of
Ashley and Ariel, loving son of Edward Marcink and the late Carole,
dear brother of Kathy, Annie, Colleen
and Carole. He is also survived by
many nieces and nephews. He was
also a letter carrier at the Ridgewood
post office for many years. A private
