SOUTH JAMAICA — Police were looking for two suspects wanted in connection with a trio of stick ups at hotels over a two month period.
The spree began Dec. 29, when the suspects walked into a Quality Inn near the corner of 94th Avenue and 143rd Street, pulled a gun and demanded cash from the clerk, police said. They fled with money and an iPad, according to the NYPD.
Then on Feb. 4, the duo struck a Howard Johnson along Rockaway Boulevard at about 6:30 p.m., according to police. Using the same tactics, the pair made off with cash, the NYPD said.
The next day, the two suspects escaped with an unknown amount of money after flashing a gun at the clerk of a La Quinta in South Richmond Hill, according to police.
In each instance, the suspects fled the scene in a silver Audi, the NYPD said.
