Crime remains down by 5.5 percent for 2013 despite having increased slightly in the 28-day period that ended on Feb. 24, the commander of the 108th Precinct reported to residents at the 108th Precinct Community Council meeting last Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Sunnyside Community Services.
