Assemblyman Mike Miller helped cut the ribbon on the Bangladeshi American Community Development and Youth Service Corporation (BACDYS) community center in City Line, Brooklyn on Mar. 15. As noted, the BACDYS provides multi-cultural and socio-recreational services for adults and youths in Queens and Brooklyn. Miller is shown along with City Comptroller John Liu, BACDYS President Misba Abdin and Bangladeshi Consul-General Monirul Islam during the opening ceremony.
