The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and State Sen. Joseph Addabbo will hold a special town hall meeting tonight, Thursday, Apr. 11, in Howard Beach to provide assistance to southern Queens residents hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy.
As announced by Addabbo, the meeting will take place tonight from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at P.S. 146, located at 98-01 159th Ave.
FEMA representatives will be on hand to talk about the proposed flood maps and insurance requirements, depending on whether homeowners live in either Mandatory Evacuation Zones A or B.
