Ridgewood Kids Enjoy Breakfast with Curious George

Curious George, the monkey from the popular series of children’s books by Hans Augusto and Margret Rey, leaped out of the pages and joined children for breakfast at P.S. 81 in Ridgewood last Saturday, Apr. 13. As noted, the event and George’s appearance were organized by P.S. 81 Principal Romy Diamond, the school’s staff and the P.S. 81 Parent-Teacher Association. Youngsters and parents in attendance enjoyed breakfast with George as well as story time, face painting, balloon animals and other activities.
