Years Of Experience With Mortgages
Ridgewood Savings Bank announced it has added two new home loan specialists— Kathryn Wallace and Manuel Valcarcel— to its team of mortgage consultants.
According to Arthur P. Saitta, Ridgewood Savings Bank’s assistant vice president and residential business development officer, “We are pleased to add these highly experienced members to our dedicated team. They bring a great depth of understanding of the communities that we serve, as well as the complex considerations of today’s mortgage market.”
Wallace has more than 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage market, with the past 16 years as a consultant in the New York City metro area. She has managed firsttime homebuyers’ seminars and worked extensively with customers, guiding them through every step of the mortgage process.
Wallace will be based in Ridgewood Savings Bank’s Cobble Hill branch and will also be working with customers in the bank’s other Brooklyn branches (located in Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights and Sheepshead Bay).
Valcarcel has been a residential and commercial mortgage originator for nearly 20 years. He has a background in real estate development and hosts a radio show with commentary on the mortgage industry.
