Members of the Glendale/104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol (104COP) were out in full force to assist police with traffic and crowd control at the Maspeth and Ridgewood-Glendale Memorial Day parades. The volunteers are pictured in this photo prior to the Ridgewood-Glendale Memorial Day Parade standing with Capt. Christopher Manson, commanding officer of the 104th Precinct; and P.O. Thomas Bell of the 104th Precinct Community Affairs Unit. Frank Kotnik, 104COP president, stated the organization is accepting new members.
