Far Rockaway man goes missing: Cops

FAR ROCKAWAY — Police were asking for the public’s help in finding a missing man in Far Rockaway, cops said.

Joseph Tortoricci, 49, was last seen around 4 p.m. July 13 leaving his 47th Street home, police said. He was described as 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds, the NYPD said.

Anyone with information was asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. The public can also submit tips on the Crime Stoppers’ website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577, cops said.
