Safety agent charged with assaulting child in Rockaways: Cops

THE ROCKAWAYS — Police arrested an off-duty school safety agent Wednesday and charged her with endangering a child, the NYPD said.

Latisha Bernard-Collins, 38, was arrested within Rockaway Beach’s 100th Precinct and charged with assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child, police said.
