ROSEDALE — Police were searching for an elderly man who is missing from his home in Rosedale.
James Briggins, 74, was last seen Oct. 16 at about 12:40 p.m leaving Bellevue Hospital.
He is described as a 5-foot-7 black man, weighing 155 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with a white stripe, blue jeans and a blue baseball cap with an “NY” logo.
