RICHMOND HILL — The Police Department has released surveillance footage of a person wanted for questioning in connection with a man found tied up and beaten to death in his home last week.
Police officers found Noel Hidalgo, 58, dead inside his home on Jamaica Avenue near 108th Street around 3:40 p.m. Dec. 4.
Surveillance footage released by the NYPD shows a person with jeans and a black jacket wanted for questioning in Hidalgo’s death, police said.
