Checking Out History In R’wood

History buffs came to the Onderdonk House in Ridgewood last Saturday, Feb. 22, for a special book-signing by the authors of “Images of America- Forgotten Queens.” The event was organized by the Greater Ridgewood Historical Society, which is based at the Onderdonk House, and the Greater Astoria Historical Society. Pictured at the event are (from left to right) GRHS Curator Richard Asbell, GAHS Executive Director Robert S. Singleton and historians George Miller and Charles Sanchez.
