Man allegedly kills brother by hitting him in head with frying pan

A feud between two brothers turned deadly after one allegedly struck the other with a frying pan Tuesday afternoon.

Jason Tolentino, 30, and his sibling were arguing inside of a South Ozone Park home on 122nd Street about 3:20 p.m. when his brother hit him in the head with the piece of kitchen equipment, police and sources said.

Tolentino was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

His brother was taken into custody, but has yet to be charged.
