Several members of the Maspeth High School Red Cross program recently participated in a first aid seminar and received their certification in administering CPR (cardiopulminary resuscitation) for adults and infants. As noted, the students were also formally certified to provide first aid and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). The students who participated, as shown, included Jeba Ali, Afifa Azad, Siobhan Brightman, Irina Ceman, Min Lin, Diego Ruiz, Chelsea Tigson and Joshua Vazquez.
