The 110th Precinct Community Council honored police officers and local leaders at its 2014 annual fundraiser last Wednesday, May 21. The council presented the 110th Precinct’s Sgt. Diana Ragab, P.O. Abigail Soto and Police Administrative Aide Lauro Vazquez with the respective Supervisor of the Year, Police Officer of the Year and Civilian of the Year awards. The honorees were selected by Deputy Inspector Ronald D. Leyson, the 110th Precinct commanding officer. Three other awardees selected by the 110th Precinct Community Council were City Council Members Daniel Dromm and Julissa Ferreras and Queens County Savings Bank. Dromm and Ferreras shared the Person of the Year award. Queens County Savings Bank won Business of the Year. Pictured, from left to right are State Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky; Assemblyman Francisco P.
