R’wood Leader Lauded at Qns. Congress

Former Ridgewood Property Owners and Civic Association President Paul Kerzner was among several civic leaders honored at the Queens Civic Congress’ legislative breakfast on Apr. 27 at Antun’s in Springfield Gardens.
