City Council Majority Leader Jimmy Van Bramer recently toured the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum with students from I.S. 204 in Dutch Kills on Wednesday, June 4. Each year Van Bramer allocates $20,000 to the schools’ Cultural After-School Adventure (CASA) program which provides local students with a wide array of highquality cultural experiences and hands-on activities. The initiative allows museum educators to bring lessons, artifacts, and activities to the school during the spring semester.
