Bwg U8 Squad Wins Independence Cup

The Blau Weiss Gottschee (BWG) U8 Blue team recently won the Independence Cup Tournament. They played three games in the group and won each. In the first match, they won 5-2 against Gold Coast FC. The BWG U8 Blue team had a successful season, finishing in first place in every competition they participated. It started with first place in the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League (CJSL) Indoor Tournament, which was followed by taking first place at the Rockland High School Tournament, first place in the CJSL A league, first place at the Commack Memorial Day Tournament and finally the Independence Cup.
