Unidentified man found dead in Far Rock: NYPD

FAR ROCKAWAY — Police were called to 21-07 Cornaga Ave. in Far Rockaway early Monday morning, where the NYPD said an unidentified male was pronounced dead by EMS.

The Police Department said officers discovered an unconscious and unresponsive man at 8:56 a.m.

EMS then pronounced him dead at the scene.

The NYPD has not yet identified the victim.

Police said he was not shot.
