EAST ELMHURST — A motorcycle passenger was killed and another was injured after losing control of his bike on the Grand Central Parkway near LaGuardia Airport Tuesday afternoon.
Police from the 115th Precinct responded to a 911 call of a vehicular accident when they discovered two individuals with body trauma near 94th Street.
The motorcycle rider, a 20-year-old female, was removed by EMS to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where she was pronounced dead on arrival, according to the NYPD.
Police say the 21-year-old operator of the motorcycle was in stable condition at Elmhurst with injuries to his shoulder and legs.
The investigation was ongoing.
