More than 30 pints of blood were collected from donors during a blood drive organized by Boy Scout Troop 106 and the American Red Cross last Saturday, Aug. 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Middle Village. As noted, the effort was spearheaded by Richard Allen Page (background, second from left), a troop member, as his final Eagle Scout project. The effort will help him gain the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.
