CORONA — Police were searching for a man accused of attempting to lure a 7-year-old girl into his black Toyota Camry Monday evening, the NYPD said.
The Police Department said the suspect approached the child near Corona Avenue and National Street at 5:30 p.m. Monday and gestured for her to come into his black Toyota Camry.
When she did not comply, police said the man drove off.
The NYPD released a sketch of the suspect and said he was believed to be driving a 2012 or newer four-door sedan with tinted windows and white New York license plates.
