Toy Run Brings Delight to Kids

The East Coast Car Association, along with supporters, recently announced the group has raised a total of $19,151.00 for the 2014 season. This amount was presented to St. Mary’s healthcare system for children in Bayside after the Toy Run on Sunday, Nov. 16. Legendary Muscle Cars Auto Club raised $2,300.00, and the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 32 raised $2,100. The NYPD Classic police cars led the Toy Run with the Metropolitan Volunteer Fire department of Staten Island. The grand total raised over the last 16 years is $130,000.
