Police are looking for a man wanted for stealing a purse belonging to a patron at an Astoria bar on Saturday.
The victim, a 25-year-old woman, was inside Oliver’s Astoria Bar located at 37-19 Broadway at 2 a.m. when she left her pocketbook at the bar as she used the restroom.
During her absence, the suspect removed her purse, which contained multiple credit cards and an iPhone 6, according to authorities.
Police from the 114th Precinct responded after the incident, and the man is now wanted on charges of grand larceny.
