The Times Ledger published one of the finest articles on the Traditional Latin Mass (“In Queens cemetery, Latin mass lives again,” Oct. 23). Photo editor Michael Shain covered very meticulously and succinctly in his writing not only the mass itself, but the background behind it. His photographs convey exactly what is happening.
I have not seen in any of our local newspapers this quality in an article so well written. It is always a pleasure to read and see something as thorough and accurate as this piece. Mr. Shain shows competence and fairness. As we used to say in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, “The kid done good.”
