REGO PARK — Police from the 112th Precinct were asking the public’s help in finding a suspect wanted in connection with a bank robbery.

Last Friday the suspect entered the Astoria Bank branch at 97-33 Queens Blvd., just after 4:30 p.m., and passed a teller a note demanding money.

He was last seen wearing a black and white leopard print waist length jacket and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
