Long Island City‘s newest hotel will also double as a premier restaurant hotspot.

Dream Hotel, which will be located at  9-03 44th Rd., will feature six restaurants, an 8,000-square-foot banquet space and a 10,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor rooftop lounge, according to Katie Fontana, a spokesperson for Dream Hotel Group.

The 254-room hotel is expected to open in 2019 and will be the hotel group’s first foray into the borough. A signature chef restaurant will be included in the 20,000-square-foot building and developer Barone Management and Dream Hotel Group are speaking with several operators.

“We are currently in talks with several [food and beverage] operators for the space and cannot reveal any additional details on the dining experiences at this time,” Fontana said.

Dream Hotel, which will rise four stories, will be located across the street from the Wyndham Garden Hotel and take up an entire city block.

Dream Hotel Group was founded by chairman Sant Singh Chatwal and his son Vikram Chatwal is the hotelier behind Dream Hotel Midtown and Time Hotel in Manhattan. According to the New York Post, Vikram Chatwal will soon get his own reality television show.

He previously dated supermodels Gisele Bündchen and Kate Moss and is friends with Lindsay Lohan, the Post reported.
